Instruments and Loop Collections Won't Download

Hi,

I have ACID Pro 10. I am not able to download the instruments and loop collections that are located in the Help tab. When I click on that option, nothing happens. I'm unsure if I'm missing something that's preventing me from accessing this feature. Any help would be appreciated.

@travdapoet Maybe try to disable your firewall or Windows Defender temporarily.

Thank you for that suggestion. I tried this and it still didn't work, but as another measure I added ACID to the list of allowed apps. Hopefully I can figure this out because I'd love to utilize these loops and instruments.

@travdapoet Does it help to run ACID as administrator? You can select this option by right clicking on the program icon.

Look into your ACID program folder, there should be a subfolder called DLM, there you will a MxDownloadManager.exe. Allow this exe in your firewall. It is very likely that it is blocked.
