I'm sorry you are experiencing problems uploading your music but, apart from that fact, you have told us absolutely nothing else.  We have no idea about which program version and variant you are using, nor about your computer, nor even where you are trying to upload your music!

Please read this post and supply us with ALL the information requested. Also tell us the details of your Windows installation and where, exactly, you are trying to upload your music to, including any error message you see.

With all this information available to us we may be able to help you.
