Instrument WAVs missing

Hi. I installed the Music Maker software (twice actually) and I find that the Concert Grand LE instrument that comes preinstalled is missing its WAV files. When booting the program or when clicking on the instrument, I get a popup reading "Magix Vita - File Not Found" and it lists all the missing WAV files located under the Concert Grand LE's image file directory. The Auto-Find button does not work. Is there a way to reinstall or redownload instruments?

Which version of MM and free or paid, and if paid, Plus or Premium?

The instruments do not come preinstalled, you have to install them. If you are using the latest MM, then you have to install it by going to the Store and downloading it.

For 99% of the instruments this is true but Concert Grand LE is a special case since it is a downgraded Version of the normal Concert Grand and it is included in the music maker (25.x.xxx) by default.

 

Is there a way to reinstall or redownload instruments?

There is a programm called MAGIX Content und Soundpools (german name it should be something like MAGIX Content and Soundpools in english).
When you want to remove it than it will ask you which parts of the programm you want to remove.
Select Concert Grand LE and than remove it.

After that run the music maker installer again.

I found all of those files in that location. I have even copied them into the Concert Grand LE folder in the program data directory as well.

The following are the files that the error message says Magix Vita can not find.

B2_12_16.wav

B2_18_n_16.wav

B2_22_16.wav

B2_24_n_16.wav

B2_25_n_16.wav

B2_26_16.wav\

...etc. There are a whole bunch like this.

and it says it's looking in this image file:

Concert Grand LE/unpacked concert_grand_le.ytif/magix.steinway.lib/Audio Files/Dry Tones

I have no MxSynth folder there at all and no concert grand le at all and I get the same error that it cant find the vst plugin . How do I download the concert grand Le instrument?

It doesnt work to reinstall and get the concert grand LE

and I dont find magix content and soundpools program anywhere.

Anyway the concert Grand LE is not installed and reinstall does not work at all

In store and under more instruments I see the instruments that are available to be bought! 29 euro each for most of them...The installed intruments are revolta 2 and Vita, I am missing out on Concert Grand LE. On my laptop it installed 100% ok and I got the concert grand LE there...
