hello

instead of music maker 2022 when i start program i see music maker 2019

few times i tried to use program but i have problems with recordings / mic

somethimes recording is working / mostly not

i send crash informations / when can i start to use software without too much crashes

is it possible to fix problem?

im using windows 10 OS

You see Music Maker 2022 but it's showing you what program you have activated in the past. This is exactly how mine looks. Are you using the free edition or have you activated the Premium or Plus edition?

The screenshot you posted clearly shows that you are running the Premium Edition of MM, version 30.0.3.39, which is the latest release. (Please note: the image includes your personal email address. Hence I have edited that post to remove the image.)

I am confused since I didn't see the screen shot.

There is no Premium Edition of MM that is 30.0.3.39. That is the version number of MM 2022. There is no number for a Premium Edition, only the year.

So, one could install MM2022 which gives 30.0.3.39 (after patches) and still have/be using Premium Edition 2019.

Hi John.

Sorry for the confusion, I see what you mean when I compare the splash screen of my installation with the one shown by the OP. Mine clearly shows 2022, his 2019. 😳

So it would appear that @avacsson has not actually entered the serial number for his purchased upgrade to MM 2022 Premium (the purchase was confirmed in the now deleted post).

@avacsson, the top right of the splashscreen whose image you posted, do you see the button marked "Enter serial number"? That is where you can enter the serial number for the 2022 version of MM which you say you have bought.

Did you first install MM2022? It's free.

There is no serial number for the program MMM2022 only for an Edition, like 2022 Premium Edition. Did you purchase 2022 Premium Edition?

Not the bottom right window - it says version 30.xxx.
