Installing Upgrade to New PC

I intend to install my newly purchased Sound Forge 15 upgrade to a new PC. I have Sound Forge 13 installed on my old PC. Is this an issue?

Even the 64 and 32 bit versions of the same number can be installed on the same PC, They share much of the data, and only count as one (1) activation, so SF can still be activated on a second PC.
None of this applies to the '365' subscription model though.
