Installer for Soundforge 16

Installer stops at 141 mb won't continue

So I bought the upgrade for Soundforge 16 (I currently am running Soundforge 15) Downloaded the installer and manual. However when I run the Installer is always STOPS at 141 and never downloads anything else.

Any ideas on why, or how to get it to continue? Seems silly that Magix does not have an alternate download rather than just using an installer program that has issues.

Anti-virus or a firewall can interrupt the install procedure using the installation manager. If temporarily disabling the anti virus items do not help, we can post the unpacked installer on WeTransfer, which is a trouble-free download for most.
