Installer continues to pause with 0% progress

My istaller continues to pause while my administrator attemts to install it. Pauses then the continue button comes up press that and it pauses again with 0% Progress. Windows 10 microsoft surface

@Timothy-Dalbec Temporarily disable your firewall or Windows Defender.

If disabling your anti-virus apps does not help, respond with the version of Sound Forge you have and we can send you a link to download the unpacked installer on WeTransfer. Downloads from 'WeTransfer' are usually trouble-free and the SF installer has already been unpacked from Magix download manager.
