@Linda-Parsons

Hi and welcome to the forum.

What is the full error message?

While you should be able to install Designer Pro on the d: drive, there will still be components installed on the C: drive this cannot be avoided, it is the way Windows has been designed and programs must follow the Windows requirements for where components are installed.

Thank you John--when I tried again, it told me to try re-installation. I did that and it seems to be working now.
