Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Almost all Magix programs can be activated (i.e., installed and usable) on a maximum of two devices simultaneously so yes, you can have the app on both your laptop and your desktop.

Should you ever want to use it on another device you will have to first deactivate it on either the laptop or the desktop.
