installation hang up

I have had a copy of Movie Studio several years. Since I have had it, I .have gone from version 10-14. Now that I have a new PC, I want to download the software onto my new machine. I log into my account, click download. The install starts with version 10 and goes smooth until there is an attempt to download Microsoft .NET Framework. Once this process starts, install gets hung up. Any Ideas? I have left it in this position for over 30 minutes - twice.
