Dear Sir/Madam,

My laptop crashed and I got a new one and tried to reload the Music Maker 10 Deluxe software (US-02299-01......serial number MM179) and it is refusing.

I am using Windows 7

What can I do?

Regards,

Chen

@LASCELLES-CHEN Which Music Maker version and which Windows version are you using? What error message is showing?

You can also visit Magix.com and then log into your user account by entering your e-mail and password. Then click on 'My Products' and download the installer if your CD doesn't work.

Hi

Are you referring to Magix Music Maker - there is no such product as Music Magic?

If so - then from the serial number would suggest that you have a very old version of the program and it is refusing to install because it is not compatible with Windows 10.

Can you give the correct and full name of the program.

The system does not recognize MM179 as a serial number

@LASCELLES-CHEN The serial number starts with P3 or P2 if it's an older version. MM179 is not a serial number.
