Installation Failure

Using multiple devices and multiple browsers, continuing to get the following error:

"An error occurred during transfer which caused the installation to stop. This problem can most likely be fixed by restarting the transfer of the installer application. If you experience further problems, contact MAGIX support: http://support.magix.com"

The transfer application completed the download successfully multiple times and allows me to select the application from the list of eligible application downloads.
