We are attempting to install soundforge pro 13 on Windows 10. We double click the install and the code appears to start executing, but after 5 or so seconds, the installer disappears. This is happening on more than one computer. What should we do?

Your PC must be connected to the internet for installation. Re-download the 'soundforgepro 13_dim.exe' installer from the Magix Download Center. You will need your SF Pro 13 serial code for the download and the installation. When installation is initiated with the aforementioned <.exe> file, it should download the main installer which has all the SFP options and additional plug-ins and such.
My pc is connected to the internet, I go to the download portal, put in the serial number, go through the captcha, download the .exe (4.5mb) and launch the .exe as an admin. The installer disappears after that with no error.
Also my antivirus is not interfering.
Sorry Mark-Floyd, I do not have an answer. I have not heard of or experienced this behavior. Contact Magix Tech Support or maybe the Magix Sales Team, as they handle activation issues.

Are these computers on a domain network and you are using a domain user or domain administrator login?
If so try using a Local Administrator account.
