trying to install Sound Forge 10, keeps giving me an error msg: An error occurred during transfer which caused the transfer to stop etc., have tried multiple times but always fails, any suggestions or just give me a link that I can down load please. (windows 10 PC). I've put in my serial number.

hi @David-Drysdale....welcome to the forums. this is most likely an error which means that you need to enable an older version of Microsoft .Net framework to your computer. You can check this by going to your windows file explorer and clicking Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features On or Off, then make sure that the box labeled '.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) is checked, and then restart your computer. This should fix the problem.
