Install & registration unsuccessful

Hello, I bought the install for VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Suite but it is not letting me register it. Can someone help? I am getting error code -14 - the error says my code is being used by someone else or already registered? In my account, it shows that the two activations have not been registered.

The other posts did not help.

Also, Why is there no HELP PHONE NUMBER Or EMAIL??????????? This is the worst support center I have ever seen.
