Rather more information would be useful (!!) but I'm going to assume you are referring to the list of add-ons and specifically those with the red X, indicating installation has failed for some reason. Is that correct?
If so, have you previously had any version of Movie Studio installed? If you have, it is quite possible that those add-ons are already on your computer and so do not need to be "re"installed.
As a check on this, can you open the app and go to Help>Install extra content and show us a screenshot of the list that opens. I suspect the items with the X on your previous list will show as "Installed on ..."
In addition to @emmrecs comment, from the list it looks like you have installed the trial version of the software, if you are trialling the software, then it is limited in which extra content and export options / video length are available.
If you intend to purchase the full version, activate the trial install using the serial number starting with P3- you receive by email, then the components listed with the red X should be installable.
IIRC, a small subset of effects and features gets installed with the trial version.
@James-Kinardto correct my previous comment re the red icons, the red/green icons are the sync status of the local folder to One Drive, they do not mean the features are not installed.
Are you using One Drive as your default working location for your documents etc?

Hello. I apologize for the lack of information. First time on this kind of forum. I installed the full version. Not the trial. I was confused by the red "x". Usually in Windows, that means there's a problem.
As you have the full version of the program, we are back to @emmrecs comment:

It should look like this when all features/extras have been installed, this is the only place where you get a definitive confirmation that they are installed.
Any that are not can be installed from the dialog.
Very cool. That seems to have been it. It now looks like the shot you shared. I'm sure as time goes on, I will have more questions as, like I mentioned, I have zero experience with anything like this.
