Install Error

I am having an error message when installing SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 16. I am using a PC on Windows 8. I am getting...

"An error occurred during transfer which caused the installation to stop. This problem can most likeley be fixed by restarting the tranfer of the installer application. If you experience further problems, contact MAGIX Support."

I click Ok and the error message reappears.

SF Audio studio 16 is for Windows 10 and 11.

It is not uncommon for the components download to fail (even on Win 10 and 11). Try the unpacked installer files here.
You will still need to activate SF after installation. I have not read of many problems running Sound Forge on Win 7 or 8, but I have no hands-on experience with those Win versions.
