ok got it, now they say they respond in 2-4 days... so why would free trial versions work fine for several years, but now that I finally pay and register, the program won't even open up? It just crashed my computer (blue screen) every time, and my computer never crashes, i3 laptop 8u RAM, WINDOWS 10

@Michael-Warren Because the paid version installs much more features. Be sure that all your drivers are up to date. I would guess that a blue screen was triggered by an audio driver issue (maybe your audio device was overloaded and couldn't handle it?). Do you use an special audio interface or just your laptops audio chipset?

I don't have anything else attached to the computer, and standard audio cards. Can you tell me what type is the minimum required? I am also uninstalling some larger programs and disabling startup items that may be using too much memory. That usually helps.
