Instable Video Playback

ericaufm wrote on 10/28/2012, 7:10 AM

I use Movie Edit Pro 18

Bringing Videos into the arranger from my Digital Camera worked OK - But bringing in Videos from My Cam Corder  and the replay is impossible to handle. Single pictures going ticker tapef ashion and the position marker jumps ever sooften forward and Audio is much distorded also some words on the Audio can sometimes be heart.

The point to be made is that the settings for testing are the same on D-Camera as well as on the Cam corder -

used Res. 640 x 480 - 30 fps. - - - Have also tried HD but same problem. Also set to PAL 4:3

If anyone has any idea - maybe some of my settings areincorrect ?

I have tried alternative Movie maker and Video works OK

Thank You

Eric

Hi

What is the format of the video files from the camcorder and or what make/model is it?

What is your computer spec see this post ?

Use GSpot to determine the file characteristics and if you have the correct codecs installed.

Come back with the results then we can help you further.

John
