@Jeffrey-Ruzgal Hello! This is just a user forum. Here is no Magix staff, but we can try and help you. If you start the program for the first time you are asked to enter a serial number or to register for a trial period. If you select the trial option, Magix will send an email to your email address with a trial number. If you did not get this email please look in the spam folder in your email account.

If nothing is there please wait a bit. Maybe it will take a little bit of time until a mail is sent to you.
