SF is not a 'multi-track' DAW, Vegas, Reaper or even Audacity would work better for over-dubbing and mixing additional audio. However, as a work-around, you could record the VO separately whilst listing to the music track, then in SF, copy the VO and use the 'Mix' process to paste ii into the music track
