Information about CDIF Chunk Information Required

I would like to get information on how Sound Forge Pro (am am current using 16.1.4, build 71, 64-bit) adds CDIF chunks to their WAV files. I am trying to write markers (cues and labls) to the WAV file. I am writing the cues and labls correctly however the CDIF chunks that are inserted I don't seem to know the format that is used. The reason why I know that my software is working is that when I load the file into Adobe Audition the markers show up just fine. However, I would like to get this working in Sound Forge as well since we have about 15 users around the world that are using Sound Forge.

Are the files BWF (Broadcast Wave File), If so, some metadata can be changed in SFP. Otherwise, I often use Sound Devices' free 'Wave Agent' to edit sound reports written from my pro field recorder, Wave Agent also has options to change the TC, ect,, ect.

However,.. AFAIK, SFP (still) cannot create a BWF from a standard WAVE.

It's just a garden variety WAV file that I am creating with some C++ software that I am creating. The audio is coming from a Cockpit Voice Recorder. I am decompressing the file file from the encoded format from ADPCM G726.3 to uncompressed PCM and am inserting the markers from said CVR correctly as it is working in Adobe Audition however, it is not working in Sound Forge.

Perhaps the missing information I am looking for would come from MAGIX.
