Infinite purchase loading screen

So recently I bought Movie Studio 2022 and the first time I had bought it, the screen after you press 'Finish Order' had been loading for close to 40 minutes. I was hesitant to press reload page after reading at the bottom of the screen not to refresh the page, but I refreshed the page and it had asked me for my information again. I know how dumb this sounds but after I purchased it again and went to my email to check that it went through, I saw that I bought the program twice on accident because the first time I tried buying it, it never gave me confirmation that my order went through on the website and I was completely oblivious to look at my email. So I was wondering to ask anyone if there was a chance u can get a refund for an order and how to?
