Hi and welcome to the forum.

What version of Windows are you using and the version number?

There has been a random issue with one or more Windows 10 2004 updates where Internet connection speeds and response times were severely reduced on some PC's, there have also been reported instances of Malwarebytes causing the same issue.

I have been affected mildly with this in that my PC was slow waking up and responding, the latest update to .NET (KB4579311) appears to have fixed this.

Interesting. I have the slow Magix downloads problem for years. I think it started back in 2016 or 2017. It doesn't matter if I use Windows 7 or 10. It's especially slow on weekends. Nightly downloads work better.

@gustavo-p7913

No, the files are deleted. You can maybe try to restore them with some kind of data recovery software but it's likely that a part of your recovered files will be corrupted and unusable.

Yes it says that they are unrecoverable

Downloading Pro Library now, after upgrading to Windows 10. So far it´s taken 48+ hours! I wished I've saved the library before upgrading windows!!!
