Have you downloaded and installed all the additional Pro content? Having purchased it it should be available to download in your Magix account. Log in, go to My products and find the listing for Independence Pro Standard and, possibly, Independence Pro Premium (you do need both if your licence is for the Premium edition).

Install it/them, then try again to enter your licence key.

Thanks Jeff. I see some content in 'Free Instruments' drums and basses and things, but not (I think) everything, eg string ensembles, so I'm not sure what I'm actually expecting or entitled to?

Also, which screen do I go to to enter the license key? I can't see it for looking for it, lol... 😂

Click on "Preferences" and then below that on "Activate Independence Pro" and enter your Pro Standard Serial.
