i purchased ips and registered it in 2018 november, i have now come to use it and started the programme to be asked for ser No which i entered according to my account details red cross still remains cant get it to a green arrow state any help would be appreciated,

@Edgar-BRITTON Try copy and pasting the serial number to prevent typos. Maybe you have an invisible character in your serial number like a whitespace.

Thank you SP, i just discovered that IPS, only works inside samplitude and i have now got it working there,

@Edgar-BRITTON It's a little tricky. The version of Independence that comes with Samplitude only works in Samplitude. If you purchased a separate license for Independence Standard it works also in other DAWs. But you cannot load the Independence library outside of Samplitude without buying an Independence Library license.
