Incomplete Purchase

I got the MMM 2020 EDM Edition and i recently got the Vita drumpad since its on sale but after purchase there was no option to download the new instrument it merely took the lock away from the store icon and now when i attempt to use the instrument i get an error telling me that the instrument cant be loaded

Id also like to add that Vita itself fails to open as well

after a complete system wipe of all magix software and re installation everything now works
