It is very simple. Switch to timeline mode. Click on the Fun object. Click on Effects, then select View&Animation, Size & Position. Look at the bottom of the Media Pool window and you will see the keyframes for this.
I saw that you asked before about keyframing. Take a look at this tutorial by Terry Pinnell about the Ken Burns effect - zooming and panning. That is all that is done with Fun.jpg, panning and zooming over time.
Also, you should review the part in the manual about keyframing. Look under the Effects chapter, Effects from the Media Pool, Animate objects. It's all there.
