Impossible to install Vegas Pro 19 on second computer

I have installed many versions of Vegas Pro on my 2 computers. But when I try to install Vegas Pro 19 on my on my desktop computer got I pause sign in front och the I program name and it stays so forever.. On my laptop the installation is smooth as usual.

Do you have any hint for me
