Importing photos iPhone 5s

Magix sees the phone and sets up the files in the pictures library but does not actually import and photos? What do I need to do?

Hi, This web site is magix.info which magix product are you asking about, and what format are you iphone files in? Are they .jpg , .bmp, or some other format. Also, how are you trying to import the files into whatever magix product you are usinge? Drage and drop, file/import, etc.
