Importing Amazon Cloud MP3 files into Movie Edit Pro Plus

Recently I made two short movies and imported MP3 files from Amazon Cloud Player for background music and burned the movies successfully. Later I found the movies had been deleted without explanation. I assumed this has been done because I may have violated the copyright. However I cannot find any limit other than commercial use in the Amazon Terms of Use. Has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone explain the reason for the deletions?

Hi

Copyrighted files are the property of someone who will expect payment and request for permission to use unless otherwise stated..

Even though you are not using them for 'commercial' purposes you are 'publicly broadcasting' which is probably why they have been deleted.
