Hi, - I have created a photostory where the introduction is an animated version of the Travel Map. I have created this in a new version (MP4) that I want to replace the old one with. The question is how do I re-import this and have it placed first in Photostory delux?

Open your PS project, not any export of it, in Timeline View, find and delete the existing travel map and insert in its place the new version.
If your previous travel map was not at the beginning of your PS project (which you seem to imply it was not) then you will need to delete any gap left by its removal and then create a space at the beginning of your project to insert the new map. That is quite easily done in Timeline View; hence the suggestion to ensure you are using that view, not Storyboard.
