Hi

If you mean Music Maker 16 (MMM 16) released in 2009, then in theory you should just open the project, however this may not be possible for 2 reasons:

  1. The project file format is different from that of later versions of Music Maker and may not be able to open or converted to the newer format. IIRC there was a project file format change with the introduction of a later version Music Maker (MX?)

  2. Any Soundpools, that were supplied with MMM 16 Instruments, and/or effects and functions from Music Maker versions prior to MX cannot be used with, Music Maker 2020 - there have been at least 2 major updates to the Instruments and Effects since MMM 16 and they are no longer compatible.
