Import from MMM 16 Premium into MMM 28.0.2.43

Please somebody can tell me how to import a composition file created with old MMM 16 Premium into the newer MMM version 28.0.2.43?? Thanks in advance to any possible help..
(I'm using Windows 10 on a Dell I7 Notebook)

If you mean Music Maker 16 (MMM 16) released in 2009, then in theory you should just open the project, however this may not be possible for 2 reasons:

The project file format is different from that of later versions of Music Maker and may not be able to open or converted to the newer format. IIRC there was a project file format change with the introduction of a later version Music Maker (MX?)
Any Soundpools, that were supplied with MMM 16 Instruments, and/or effects and functions from Music Maker versions prior to MX cannot be used with, Music Maker 2020 - there have been at least 2 major updates to the Instruments and Effects since MMM 16 and they are no longer compatible.
