Help - importing and export Videos into and out of Magix Edit Pro unbelievebaly slow. Just loaded the program on a new Laptop HP Alienware 17 r3 with Windows 10 The Laptop and Graphics card are more then enough to handle the program...Txs

What is the specification for the laptop - please be specific - processor, RAM, graphics chipset, drive types and size ?

Which version of MEP are you using

What video format and resolution are you importing?

. . . .importing and export Video . . .

How long are the videos you are importing?

How long is the total project on the timeline?

How long is the import and export taking?

Do you have 'Create proxy files' turned on in the projects settings?
