The forum is provided by Magix for the users of their software and we are all users here. The forum is a user to user forum, staff from Magix do browse the forums, however this is not the main Magix Support channel.

In order for us to help you I would suggest initially read this post before you ask any questions about how to or issues you have with the Music Maker.

Also to help it would be useful to put your computer specification into your Profile signature - include the following

  • Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM,  hard drive configuration and sizes.
  • Windows version. To get this Ppess and hold down the Windows key and the R key - in the dialog that opens type in winver and press enter.
  • Software full name and version number - as found under Help, About . . .
