If I buy Acid Pro 8 now will I get a free upgrade to 9?

So far only Magix and Sweetwater has made this claim. Do this also apply if I buy it from another retailer?

The program is made by Magix and it should not matter which retailer you purchase through.

I would advise you buy direct from Magix, that way if there are any issues you may not have to go through the retailer to fix them.
