iam not able to download the sound pools

im extremely disappointed i get 38 drum noises and 3 bass noises unbeliveable WOW ! I cant download my sound pools if this is all i get for 70$ dollars no thank further more why do i have to keep showing im not a robbot over and over this is very poor engineering show a lack of comon sense please let me know if you can fix this ? the redeem credit page is just blank

This is a user forum, not Magix support. Given your very sketchy information, I don't think that anyone can help you. Rather than playing 20 questions, how about if you tell us exactly what you did and are trying to do - in detail.

@Shelby-Smith If your page is blank there is a problem with your graphics driver because the window needs graphic acceleration. But there are multiple ways to redeem credits. Try the following:

Go into the in-app shop and select the category (instrument/Soundpools) and click on the coupon counter at the bottom. Then select the instruments and Soundpools you are interested in.
