I have downloaded the xaara 3D on February 12 2021. my visa cibc card was charged $52.CDN the page timed out before i could ask for a CD to order now i only have a trial downloaded?! xara 3D maker 7

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
Since you already have the trial version downloaded (?and installed?) you should simply be able to enter the serial key that would have been in the email you should have received confirming the purchase, I think. That will convert the trial to the full version.
I do not think it is possible to buy a CD of the program but there is nothing to stop you simply burning the installation files to a CD if you wish to have a "hard copy".

Strange, as Xara 3D Maker 7 is listed as $39.99CDN, not $52CDN on Magix.com.
Also, if the order timed-out before you completed the process, then it would not have gone through.
And if you did download the program and activated it, as indicated by @emmrecs, then you could always go to your account on Magix.com and look at My Products and download the program again. No need for a CD.
Did you receive an email confirmation of your purchase?
