I want to transfer beatbookies.org and beatbookies.net to another host

I have registered two domains with Magix: beatbookies.org and beat bookies.net. I want to place them on another hosting service. I can’t find a way to get the information to do so. I have tried to get help from the company and all I get are two invoices that show my payment. Can someone please help?

You should never post your email address, or any similar personal data, to a public forum like this one. Hence I have edited your post.

I have no experience of changing the hosting server of a website so cannot advise you about this, sorry. However, you could try emailing infoservice@magix.net and requesting their help.
