I want to put a 2D version of a 3D slideshow on the same Blu-Ray disc. How can I do that?

I am using MEP MX Plus, and the box says version 18, but the software says version 11.0.0.42

Is this the really version 18?

I suspect you're wanting something that MEP can't deliver. I'm no DVD authoring pro but I have looked around at programs designed just for just that -- no editing at all. 2D and 3D might well be in the same category as trying to have different aspect ratios (eg 4:3 and 16:9 without letter boxing etc) or multiple audio and subtitle streams on the same disc.
