I want to extend the transition time in between all pictures. I click on duration time and set it for 3 seconds, click apply to all and each transition ends up being a different time. Anywhere from 0 sec to 1.29 sec. What am I doing wrong?

Not a lot to go on - which Magix program and version are you referring to?

Are all the transitions of the same type eg crossfade, thru black etc?
