I want to download the MPEG-2 codec but there is no options on the help menu which enable this!

I want to download the MPEG-2 codec but there is no options on the help menu which lead to this. I obtained the programme free on PC ADVISOR promo disk which claims it is the full programme?

I was just about to purchase the silver plus but dont think i shall as have found the help pages limited

This "Silver" version of Movie Edit Pro 14 doesn't support any MPEG-2 handling. That's only available in the regular retail versions, which also come with an extensive PDF manual (and printed manuals for the boxed versions).
