One of the reasons I chose the premium package was I thought it came with pre-loaded free songs/audio to add into my videos. But I see there are only 5 and then I have to buy more.. is that right?? what am I missing. I have the Music Maker as well but don't see free songs included in that either.

You have posted under Audio - Other products, so we don't know which product that you are talking about. There is no program called "Magix Premium" as per your heading. Magix is the name of the company. There is Movie Edit Pro Premium and Music Maker Premium. You mention your videos so it is probably Movie Edit Pro Premium.
Which program did you purchase? Look at the very top left and also go into Help, About, and give us the version number.
Where do you see reference to "hundreds of free songs?"

Yes, sorry about that. I am referencing Movie Edit Pro Premium and I bought it because it was supposed to have hundreds of songs I could use on it, then I find out it only has 5. It not says 1500 it says up to 1500. It also says effects and music not just music.
So it is correct.
Also did you used the content pack plus to unlock more things from the store?
The only place that I could find what you wrote was by doing a search, which gives a bunch of keywords. Clicking on the link to the page shows the Version Comparison and I don't see anywhere the quantity of music made available.
On the page that you linked to, I see 1500 Effects in one frame, access to Music in another.
There is a Film Score music pack that comes with an Upgrade, but not new.
MEP itself does come with a lot of music under Slideshow Music (178 songs in my case) and a lot of Soundpool loops under Soundtrack Maker. As well, there are 5 songs that show up under Audio.
Did you download and install all of the additional content under Help?
