I have tried the site mentioned in the letter and nosuch site exists. I am still interested in joining the Premium Program and would welcome a free copy of Magid Movie Edit Pro Premium for free. Let me know how to proceed

I'm not sure you should have posted here about this. Other users may get "jealous"; MAGIX do say that the letter has gone to a limited number of users!

BTW, MAGIX staff themselves do not routinely post/reply here; this is a user-to-user forum.

The letter did say reply to an email address to confirm your interest and someone from Magix will be in contact soon. So you may get an email or another letter. There are no instructions to go to a web site to download anything. Be patient (and grateful that you have been selected).
