I purchased Vita 2 Premium and Plus Presets, but I don't see it.

Hi,

I purchased Vita 2 Premium and Vita 2 Plus Presets, but How do I load it in the program?

I can not see any Orchestral strings or Vital Electric Guitar that is part of Vita 2 Plus Presets and Vita 2 Premium Presets I purchased.

Please help me. 🙂

Hi,

You have to download and install all of these from the Store once purchased and activated. See this tutorial:

Thank you for your reply.

That is what I already did. I activated edition right after I installed Music Maker.

Then I purchased some instruments from the Store. That went OK and it works perfectly.

After that I purchased 2 presets.Vita 2 Premium and Vita 2 Plus. And nothing was added to my Vita instrument library. Still only default basic Vital Acoustic Drum & Percussion.

What am I doing wrong?

After you purchased the 2 presets, did you go back to the Store and download and install them?

Hi,

Yes I did.

Here is my screenshot. It says, that it is complete.

I just purchased Revolta - Plus Presets (I need that too) and it was added to the library with no problems.

Revolta - Plus Presets was loaded successfully.

But in Vita, nothing was added there. Still just the basic default. :(

With Revolta yes, But with Vita presets, I don't think so actually. 🤔 Is there any way, how to try to install it again or is there another solution?

Hi,

At the bottom of the list for Vita that you show, did you try the last item, "rebuild menu?"

Last thing to check, look below this folder to see if you see what I see:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MAGIX Services\MxSynth\Vita

and under here:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\MxSynth\Vita\image files

OK, I think I fixed it, thanks to your help.

I was wondering, why some files are missing, so I removed Vita and Vita Presets and installed it again from Store.

Now everything is fine! 🙂
