I purchased Music Maker Premium Edition (2020) only dl standard ver

Hi, upon your managements counsel I went ahead and purchased Music Maker Premium Edition (2020). but now when I D/L and install it from my products area I find I have installed Music Maker standard version. I am using the correct code as in - Serial number removed by Moderator 3 so I don't understand the problem could be. I also tried activating this code and each time it errors with:

Error activating

No activation could be created; please try again later.

Please take care of this so I can access and use what I paid for.

Please do not post serial numbers, order numbers or any other personal details in the forum, also please be mindful of your language - we do have some junior members in the forum - see the Community rules link is at the bottom of every forum page.

Without more information it is difficult to advise what your issue may be, we need the details of your computer listed in this topic.

Additionally check that your Antivirus/Firewall is not blocking Music Maker accessing the Internet.
