Ok, because I was going to congratulate you on purchasing the company and ask if you could inspire your staff to fix the bugs.

Not many of us have Video Easy, mostly Movie Edit Pro/Movie Studio.

I presume that there are Program Settings. Is there something, like a folder there called Device options? If so, try changing the Processing option to something else. Post a screen shot of what is avalable.

It would help greatly if you could put your hardware and operating system information in your signature or at least post it. See my signature for an idea.

What is the source of the MP4 file - camera (type), GoPro, Zoom, OBS, etc?

Did you try files from other sources? Photos? Do they work?
