@torrence-norwood It seems Magix removed it because of licensing issues. I would suggest you connect sales support at infoservice@magix.net for a refund.

As @SP. says, for refunds you need to contact customer support at the email address he gave you.

However, depending upon how long it is since you bought Acid Pro 10, you may not be eligible for a refund. See this page for full Magix Terms and this page for specifics of the Magix Cancellation Policy.

Thanks. Guy's Steinberg Spectra Layers seem to be far more effective anyway, got the trial yesterday.

@torrence-norwood Steinberg, Izotope, Acon Digital (and most other companies except Audionamix) are using Spleeter for stem extraction. Spleeter is free. If you don't need the other features of SpectraLayers you don't need to buy it.
