I own MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus, I activated MPEG4 with the code. When I go to export the .mvd files to MPEG4 nothing happens. What do I do?

On other exports the video and audio is not synchronized. 

This is especially true with .avi and .wmv

I have tried playing with framerate but the problem persists. 

I read MPEG4 is best for sharing online from multiple sources but as my question states, nothing happens on activating the "export video to MPEG4" feature. 

Please help.

More information is needed:-

  1. Do you mean 14 Plus or 2014 Plus?  If 2014 Plus please use the full name to avoid confusion with older versions..
     
  2. What is your computer specification?
     
  3. What is your Windows version and is it 32 or 64 bit?
     
  4. If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8?
     
  5. If yes to 4 was MEP installed before the upgrade?

If yes to 4,and 5 then you need to re-install MEP using this procedure
