I need to transfer my license to a new computer.

My computer, where I had a Samplitude license installed, broke down. I bought a new one and need to install the program on it, but when I tried to register I received the following response: The serial number you entered has already been used. You may have already registered. Registering again is not necessary... I need to solve the problem.

If you need serial numbers please check your customer account at Magix.com

Hi,

Make sure that you are using the same email address as before. It is your username with Magix. You can't just go and use a different email address.

Also, make sure that you have installed the same version (and flavour - non-Suite or Suite) of the program that you purchased and for which the SN corresponds. Best to log in to your account with Magix, and download from My Products.

In your account, under My Products, Samplitude... deactivate any active devices. Then try starting the program again and activating.
